Miss St. Croix, this is Rick Bradbury. We haven't met up in person, but I'm the new head of security for City Hall. [ He pauses. ] I got a chance to talk to Miss Boylen earlier this week about improving security around City Hall, and part of that is hiring imPorts for the security team, since it's mostly made up of native Cityzens right now. They're not bad, but... [ He trails off, letting the silence speak for itself. ]

I was thinking of letting people on the network know that we're looking to hire, but there isn't any real way of running a background check on anyone here. I was hoping I could count on X-Factor to help us out with that.
